Is there a minimum volume for storage?
No. We are happy to accommodate the needs of the smaller businesses and our rates will reflect that.
Do I have to commit to an area of space to allow for future growth?
Only when you elect to utilise a “private storage area” otherwise you only pay for the space your boxes require. It can increase or decrease as your needs dictate.
How quickly can I get my files/boxes returned to my office?
We provide a next day/same day and an emergency service where it will be with you within 2 hours or so, or we can scan the details across even quicker.
Is there a viewing area available where I can review the contents of my boxes?
Yes a viewing area with full office facilities is available.
Can I use my existing boxes for storage or will I have to re-box?
Provided your boxes are in good condition and are of a regular size and are not overloaded then we are happy to accommodate any reasonable sizes.
